Shipping & Return Policy


SHIPPING 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive email updates with your shipping and tracking information once your ordered has been processed. We ship orders from various warehouses, so you may receive multiple packages if you order more than one item. 

 

Delivery times will vary depending on the country and courier service. 

Shipping and delivery will vary between 5-30 business days after processing your order. If 45 days have passed since your order has been shipped and have not received your order, please contact us to reship the items or get a refund. 

Cultier Baby is not accountable for any additional fees applied by the customer's country or local freight services. Local fees including: customs, other taxes, storage, handling and service charges, etc. will be the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like a refund or if you are unhappy with your order, please email us at info@cultierbaby.com with the reason you would like a refund and/or exchange.

Our return/exchange policy is effective up to 10 days after the tracking status states that product(s) have been delivered. We are unable to process returns/exchanges once the 10 days have passed after delivery. 

Refunds and exchanges will be given in any of the following terms:

- Damaged Item(s) (ripped, compromised graphics)

- Manufacturer Defects (stitching, open seams)

We reserve the right to refuse any returns and exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return and does not comply with our return and exchange policy.


ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be changed or cancelled no more than 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we cannot alter or cancel your order.
